Post Construction Cleanup

There are three cleaning levels of post construction cleanup:

Light Clean: This cleaning can be performed before the final cleaning to remove dust and soil on surfaces.

Rough Clean: Usually done before flooring is installed, this is the most time-consuming mobilization. Heavy dirt and dust are removed.

Final Clean: This cleaning is performed once all finishes are installed. Final clean makes the property move-in ready.
